Getting Started

How do I create an event?

Click "Create Event" from your dashboard. Give it a name and date, then invite guests by email or share the event link. You can add tasks, timeline items, and budget details at any time — there's no wrong order.

How do I invite guests?

Open your event and go to the Guests tab. Add guests by email, or share your event's unique link so people can RSVP themselves — no account needed.

Can I plan with a team?

Yes. Add co-planners to any event — they can manage tasks, update the timeline, and communicate with guests. Everyone stays aligned in one calm workspace.

Guest Experience

Can people RSVP without creating an account?

Yes. Guests RSVP through your shared event link — no sign-up, no app download. They see the event details you've chosen to share and confirm their attendance in seconds.

What do guests see?

Guests see the event overview, date, location, and any details you've shared. They can RSVP, view the schedule, and send messages. Planning details like budget and tasks stay private to planners only.

Planning Features

How do tasks work?

Create tasks from the Tasks tab, assign them to co-planners, set due dates, and track progress. Tasks can have dependencies so blocked items are clearly visible — nothing falls through the cracks.

What is the timeline for?

The timeline is your day-of schedule. Add time blocks for each part of your event — setup, ceremony, dinner, cleanup. Everyone sees what's happening and when.

Can I track my event budget?

Yes. The budget tab lets you set category targets, track spending against your plan, and see totals at a glance. Available on Pro and Business plans.

Account & Billing

Is Koplanit free?

Yes — the Free plan includes up to 3 active events with 50 guests each. Only planners pay; guests always join free. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations apply at the next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved.

Security & Privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure authentication with optional 2FA, never sell your data, and never show ads. Your events are private by default.

Who can see my event?

Only people you invite. You control visibility for each event — nothing is public unless you share the event link.
