Do my guests or collaborators need to pay?
No. Only you (the event organizer) pay. Guests RSVP for free. Team members collaborate for free. Your subscription covers everyone.
Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes — Pro and Business both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
What happens when I hit my event or guest limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing events and guest data stay exactly as they are — nothing gets deleted or hidden.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing cycle so you keep your current features until then.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes — annual billing saves 20%. Pro is $278/year (vs $348 monthly) and Business is $758/year (vs $948 monthly).
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is never deleted. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan with its standard limits. Events over the limit become read-only. You can upgrade again anytime to restore full access.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.
